Phone was sent out with speakers that don't work – Quality Assurance is non existentI ordered a mobile phone and they sent one out that not only had several scratched areas on the screen, but also had no working audio for phone calls. The internal speaker was completely busted, phone call audio only worked on Speaker phone, was not a software related issue. The vendor provides absolutely no quality assurance whatsoever, but rest assured that when you return the device they will take their time with the device assessment and hold your refund for a ridiculous amount of time. Do not buy from here.

Battery healthPhone looks good but got sent wrong colour and a the a phone with critical battery health at 78%so how has it been tested and inspected and classed as a excellent renewed condition when it has to be fixed as soon as you get it . As new condition!The phone arrived earlier than expected. There is not a mark or scratch anywhere on it. The battery’s maximum capacity is indicating 85% which is higher than the advertised minimum specification of 80%.
I had no problems loading my account on to this phone and it’s performing well.
